Order Processing Timeline:
  • All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • High-demand periods (such as sales or holidays) may result in slightly longer processing times.
Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (available in selected regions).
  • Pre-Order or Custom Products: Delivery times will be specified on the product page.
Shipping Partners:
  • We collaborate with reputable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.
  • Once dispatched, your order is handled directly by the courier. Tracking details will be provided via SMS or email.
Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
  • We offer free delivery on select products or during special promotions. Look out for free shipping labels!
  • For orders in bulk or special packaging, additional handling charges may apply. These will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order:
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  • You can monitor your order status using the tracking link on your order history page or the courier's website.
  • If you do not receive your tracking ID within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact our support team.
Delivery Attempt and Responsibility:
  • The delivery agent will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout.
  • If you are unavailable, the courier may reattempt or leave a message to reschedule the delivery.
  • ITN Bazar is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping addresses, recipient unavailability, or unresponsive contact numbers.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items:
  • Upon receiving your order, please check the package and its contents carefully.
  • If the package is tampered with, damaged, or has missing/wrong items, report to us within 48 hours.
  • We may require clear photos or videos of the package and item to verify the issue for replacements or refunds.
Delivery Delays:
  • We aim to meet our delivery estimates; however, unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or logistics delays may cause disruption.
  • We will keep you informed via email/SMS if a delay occurs and provide updated estimated delivery timelines.
International Shipping:
  • Currently, ITN Bazar does not offer international shipping. Orders are only accepted for domestic addresses within India.
  • We plan to expand globally in the future and will update our policy accordingly.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders:
  • If the delivery is refused by the recipient or the address is found undeliverable, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, re-delivery will be chargeable, and refunds may be issued minus original shipping and return fees.
